ABOUT US

We are a team of professionals dedicated to inspiring people to live to their full potential.

We are leaders who have worked in Corporate, Community, Education and Faith sectors and understand the value of resilience and the benefits of approaching our work and lives from a strengths-based perspective

Our vision begins with possibility—seeing this as the starting point toward a process of understanding and experiencing a new way of being, learning and teaching leading. The traditional approach looks at where things have gone wrong and what needs to be fixed; we understand that this is limiting and ineffective in building character and sustaining long-term change and success.

Through our products and assessment tools, Meritcore helps your organization develop a strengths-based culture and approach where capacity is identified and nurtured toward positive change.

By using a strengths-based approach, positive change is inevitable and your efforts are enhanced as individuals are meaningfully engaged and invested throughout the process.
